This role will be responsible for leading the Finance ERP Support team, ensuring high\-quality support to end users while continuously improving support processes and ways of working. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, solid functional knowledge of financial ERP systems, and a hands\-on support mindset. You will act as the main point of contact for complex issues, support the team in daily operations, and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to enhance user experience and system efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and support the ERP Finance Support team, ensuring a high level of service and user satisfaction * Act as an escalation point for complex or critical ERP\-related incidents and user queries * Provide hands\-on support to end users, resolving functional issues related to financial processes and ERP usage * Monitor support performance, workload, and service levels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of requests * Identify recurring issues and proactively drive process improvements to optimize support efficiency and quality * Define, document, and continuously improve support procedures, knowledge articles, and best practices * Support change management activities related to system updates, enhancements, and new functionalities * Ensure proper onboarding and continuous training of support team members and financial users * Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team * Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Support role * Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, SAP, or similar platforms * Ability to combine people management with a hands\-on operational role * Strong problem\-solving skills and a structured approach to incident and request management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business users * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment * Advanced English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken
