As a **waiter/waitress**, your mission will be to deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring their experience is pleasant and satisfying. **What will your duties and responsibilities be?** * Strictly comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and health regulations * Address customer requests and incidents and escalate them to your supervisor for proper follow-up * Competently, independently, and responsibly carry out food and beverage sales service * Always provide correct and professional service * Keep the dining area/bar/restaurant clean and tidy * Know the menu items and their ingredients * Prepare work areas for service * Provide direct customer service for beverage and food consumption * Assist in organizing and executing special events (if applicable) * Invoice and collect payments from customers * Clear the dining area at closing time (cleaning, resetting for the next service, disposing of waste) REQUIREMENTS **You are the perfect candidate if...** * You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position (hotel experience will be viewed favorably) * You have intermediate-level German and/or English language skills * You are outgoing and enjoy working in a team * You have accommodation in the Cala Millor area or its surroundings
