Control of supplies and storage of goods Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Second Kitchen Manager to join the kitchen team at our MAJORICA hotel, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca city. **Main responsibilities include:** * Coordinate the kitchen station or section under their responsibility. * Support, follow up on, and implement the Head Chef’s requirements. * Prepare dishes for their station and supervise their finishing and presentation. * Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station and ensure that equipment and facilities are in perfect condition. * Coordinate the work of personnel under their supervision, allocating tasks according to workload. * Assist in training personnel under their supervision. * Participate in controlling supplies, storage, and preservation of goods. REQUIREMENTS * Professional culinary education. * Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering operations. * Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. * Willingness to reside abroad. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
