Technical support to other departments This public call aims to select personnel through open competition for the position of Technical Architect at the municipal company Gramepark, SA. Preventive Maintenance \- Develop, update and implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan for buildings, premises, installations and common areas. \- Monitor mandatory periodic inspections (ITE, OCA, PCI, thermal installations, lifts, etc.). \- Coordinate external maintenance services (contracted companies) and verify the quality of interventions. Corrective Maintenance \- Manage, supervise and control repairs, incidents and emergency interventions. \- Issue technical reports, intervention proposals and economic assessments. \- Coordinate and monitor repair, adaptation or improvement works. Technical and Document Management \- Manage technical documentation: projects, certificates, permits, legalizations, reports and intervention history. \- Prepare expert reports and technical opinions. \- Provide technical support to other departments of Gramepark, SA.
