Manage project risks and dependencies proactively to ensure smooth execution. * **Act as Primary Technical Interface:** Serve as the main technical point of contact for both external clients and internal stakeholders, fostering clear communication and ensuring quality and delivery excellence. * **Project Planning \& Scope Management:** Define project objectives and scope, develop comprehensive project plans, and allocate necessary resources. * **Quality Control:** Ensure adherence to quality standards, report progress to management, and oversee the review and validation of all deliverables. * **Financial Management:** Oversee project budgets, control expenses, supervise invoicing, and manage payments. * **Project Closure:** Conduct final project evaluations and ensure successful delivery of results. * **Value Proposition \& Client Advisory:** Actively contribute to the definition and shaping of value propositions for clients, translating business challenges into differentiated, high\-impact digital solutions with clear business outcomes and ROI. **What You'll Bring to Our Team:** We're looking for a leader with a passion for industrial digitalization and a track record of turning vision into reality. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a closely related field is essential. * **Certifications:** Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2\) are a strong plus. * **\+10 years of progressive experience in technology consulting or leading digital transformation initiatives**, including a minimum of 5 years in industrial environments and 3\-5 years specifically in project management roles. * **Project Management Mastery:** Demonstrated expertise in program and project management, with a proven history of successfully steering complex IT or data platform projects. Experience in industrial client consulting, driving improvements in production KPIs (quality, maintenance) is highly valued. * **Technical Integration Prowess:** Solid experience in OT \& IT integration projects within industrial settings. * **Exceptional Relationship Builder:** Outstanding client\-facing skills and a knack for stakeholder management, capable of building trust and influencing outcomes across all levels. * **Dynamic Team Orchestrator:** Proven ability to inspire, coordinate, and lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals. * **Bilingual Fluency:** Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). **Your Technical Toolkit:** * Control Systems: Proficient with PLC, SCADA, MES/MOM, OPC, IoT, Cybersecurity. * Industrial Production: Deep understanding of OEEE, OT/IT Integration, Edge Computing. * Architecture: Familiarity with ISA99, Azure, AWS, Microservices, Data Platforms, Azure DevOps. * Databases \& ML: Experience with ML concepts, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL. **What We Offer:** At Siemens Advanta, we believe that great results start with great people.
