BLR: Architect for Urban Projects Palma de Mallorca ### **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture (Superior Architect), including academic and professional qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential sector, specifically in multi-family housing, including drafting projects and processing urban planning permits. * Experience in activities related to national, regional, and local building regulations, and in the following fields: urban planning, heritage, accessibility, etc. * In-depth experience and knowledge of Balearic Islands regulations, Palma Municipal Urban Planning Ordinance (PGOU), and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). ### **Offered** We offer integration into a young and dynamic team with professional growth prospects.
