Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Project Technician to participate in documentation drafting, project management, and development of control plans and construction certifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in drafting documentation and managing PSS projects. 2. Develop budget control and construction execution plans. 3. Evaluate approved measurements and certify construction work. 27 Project is recruiting a Building Project Technician to join its Palma team. The responsibilities will be as follows: \- Participate in drafting documentation, reports, measurements, budgets, and studies using industry-specific software. \- Manage PSS project documentation. \- Develop the budget and construction execution control plan. \- Issue construction certifications, evaluate approved measurements, and forward information to the billing department. Minimum Requirements: \- Vocational training in building projects. The ideal candidate has: \- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D or similar design software. \- Prior experience in customer service.
