Within the framework of the Foundation’s growth process, we wish to hire a **Professional Career Counselor** to deliver career guidance under the Orienta Program at our **Barcelona** delegation. The **Orienta Program** is a labor orientation service aimed at individuals seeking employment or wishing to improve their employability. It provides personalized support, definition of professional goals, and assistance in job or training searches. The responsibilities of the counselor will include: * **Information, welcome, and initial orientation.** * Listening to and empathetically understanding the needs of service users. * Identifying interests, skills, and professional profile. * **Information and advisory services.** * Providing information on training options, competence accreditation, and labor market opportunities. * Offering alternatives tailored to the local context and the individual’s profile. * Leading informational sessions on job search, interview preparation, etc. * **Accompaniment and follow-up.** * Jointly designing with the individual a training and professional development plan. * Monitoring progress, reviewing and adjusting goals as needed. * **Network-based collaboration.** * Collaborating with local services, training centers, and companies. * Coordinating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. * Collaborating with other services within the foundation. * **Document management.** * Supporting the preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation required for program justification and monitoring, assisting the service coordinator in technical coordination tasks. * Entering and updating data in training management systems (CRM, Moodle, Galileu). * **Education:** University degree in Psychology and/or Pedagogy. * **Experience:** Prior experience in orientation, accompaniment, labor intermediation, or similar activities is preferred. * **Competencies:** Technical competencies valued in candidates include: * Analytical capacity to facilitate decision-making by participants. * Knowledge of the training system and local training offerings. * Knowledge of the labor market. * Familiarity with job search tools and channels.
