Responsibilities include payroll calculation, monitoring, and reconciliation, as well as payment issuance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. The role involves managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in staffing levels; calculating severance payments and final settlements; and correctly applying current labor regulations. A key part of the role is managing legal and tax obligations, such as processing social security contributions and filing official tax forms (models 111 and 190\), ensuring the company complies with all regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities require continuous collaboration with the department team to optimize processes and deliver high-quality internal service, fostering a coordinated and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical rigor, the ability to handle large volumes of data, and meticulous attention to detail. Accuracy and organizational skills are fundamental to succeeding in this role. A minimum of three years of solid experience in Human Resources is required, with specific and demonstrable expertise in end-to-end payroll management. Operational and functional proficiency in SAP HR is essential, along with practical experience using the SuccessFactors platform for talent management.
