Description
This position focuses on assembly and manufacturing within the automotive sector, based in Gavà. The selected candidate will perform tasks on a production line, ensuring components are assembled according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. Parts will be handled using manual and electric tools, following standardized procedures to guarantee final quality. The work environment must be kept orderly and safe, complying with occupational health and safety regulations.
Work is carried out in teams, with constant communication to optimize processes. Brief meetings are held to coordinate tasks and report any issues occurring during the shift. Initial training is provided for equipment operation and protocols; however, prior experience is valued. This is an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain familiarity with the full workflow of an automotive assembly line.
Commitment and punctuality are required, as production follows a strict schedule. Shifts are rotating (morning, afternoon, and night), requiring flexibility in working hours. The company implements quality and safety controls; adherence to regulations and willingness to learn are essential. This position is suited for methodical individuals with manual dexterity and the ability to work under pressure.
A minimum of two years’ experience in assembly and manufacturing within the automotive sector—or a similar industry—is required. Accredited vocational training is necessary, such as a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio), First-Degree Vocational Training (FP de primer grado), or a Baccalaureate (Bachillerato). Additionally, the C9 metalworker’s license (TPM) is mandatory, and immediate availability for rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday—is required.
