We seek individuals who share our passion and mission: helping people—exceeding their expectations. **What will be your mission?** As part of the People Department, we are looking for an HR, Diversity and Well-being Specialist to ensure effective management of labor relations, diversity, and well-being across the organization—guaranteeing regulatory compliance, equity, inclusion, and occupational health, in coordination with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other key stakeholders. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Daily support to HRBPs in unit management: leaves of absence, work schedule adaptations and reductions, permits, functional mobility, collective agreement interpretation, disciplinary procedures, and resolution of consultations. * Drafting of guidelines, policies, protocols, templates, and contractual annexes. * Preparation and analysis of judicial claims, coordinated with external advisors. * Representing the organization before Labor Inspection, CMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Committee), and courts. * Liaising with external advisors (lawyers, mutual insurance companies, and external prevention services). * Participation in and monitoring of labor compliance (equality plans, pay registers, GDPR, anti-harassment protocols, digital disconnection policies, telework policies, etc.). * Participation in collective bargaining processes, including preparation of proposals, legal and strategic impact analysis, drafting of documents and minutes.
