Job Summary: Voltes is seeking a Civil Works Site Manager to execute projects, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule standards, reporting directly to the Site Manager. Voltes is expanding its team and looking for a Civil Works Site Manager to execute projects, capable of working autonomously, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling standards. Main Responsibilities: • Organization, control, and daily monitoring of construction works. • Weekly planning of tasks. • Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff. • Control of production, deadlines, and execution quality. • Supply management. • Implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety regulations. • Direct reporting and coordination with the Site Manager. * Experience: 1 year. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Civil Works Site Manager. • Autonomy in decision-making. • Knowledge of construction processes and site planning. • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Technical training in civil works or construction (valuable). • Proficiency with electronic tools (mobile phone, tablet, computer) (valuable). • Residence in the Barcelona area or willingness to commute. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information of interest: • Stable incorporation into an established company. • Ongoing civil works projects. • Autonomy on site and technical support. • Competitive economic conditions according to experience.
