Currently, we operate **12 residential care centers**, and we are undergoing a process of growth and expansion. We are currently seeking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** for one of our residential care centers located in central Barcelona. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general **maintenance tasks** at the center (minor repairs, painting, basic electricity, plumbing, and carpentry). * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** on **facilities** (lighting, water, air conditioning, doors, furniture, etc.). * Ensure proper **conservation, safety, and cleanliness** of the residential center. * Monitor and **record** maintenance activities according to the established plan. * Collaborate with center staff to address daily **routine incidents**. **We offer:** * Temporary contract (substitution) * Working hours: **40h/week** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00** * Annual gross salary: **€17,094–€20,000**, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus of up to **€1,500 gross** **Requirements:** * Training or studies related to **facility maintenance**, among others * Experience in maintenance of buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, or residential care centers * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs * Proficiency in office software for recording performed maintenance activities **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace * Training program * Uniform provided
