As part of our expansion, we are seeking a **Planning Assistant** to join our team in Spain (headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat), comprising 30 people. Contract type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent contract, 40 hours per week. Partial remote work may be implemented after the training period (1 day per week, either Tuesday or Thursday). You will play an essential role, primarily assisting planners responsible for Spain and Portugal, as well as operational managers. Your main responsibilities will include the following tasks: **Planning Area** * Inventory planning. * Preparatory phone calls to ensure clients are informed of the requirements necessary for proper execution of the inventory service. * Logistics management of inventories, including booking specific transport means (airplane, train, etc.) and accommodations, if needed, via dedicated platforms. **Key Competencies Required** * Excellent time and priority management. * Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to change. **Qualifications and Experience** * Prior experience in similar positions. * Recommended proficiency in **French** (C1 level) and **Spanish** (excellent level).
