We are currently seeking a Payroll Technician.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and monitor personnel administrative procedures (social security contributions, IRPF, etc.).
* Plan and execute the payroll process, including calculation, settlement, and report generation.
* Coordinate with site personnel to review and correct data, ensuring timely payroll payments.
* Manage documentation submitted to public authorities, represent the company during labor inspections and court proceedings, and coordinate medical examinations.
* Participate in the monthly HR accounting close and verify accurate allocation of payments.
* Provide advisory support on employment contracts, payroll matters, and labor legislation.
* Deliver employment-related and onboarding documentation to new hires, and collaborate on HR department projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations.
SAP knowledge is desirable.
