CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning activities as outlined in the established plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. * Assist in the execution of menus and meal plans. * Monitor and ensure proper preservation and optimal utilization of assigned products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
