**Description:** ---------------- At Grupo SAVIA, a company specialized in industrial automation and engineering, we are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician for a pharmaceutical facility located in Parets del Vallés. Your main mission will be to carry out comprehensive maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, low-voltage electrical installations, and other industrial systems, ensuring the operationality and reliability of the facilities. What will your responsibilities be? * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment and industrial/semi-industrial systems. * Repairing equipment and executing new installations. * Multifunctional interventions in low-voltage tasks and general maintenance. * Use of measurement devices (manometer, flow meter, multimeter, etc.) for diagnostics and adjustments. * The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the facility by performing preventive, corrective, and technical support tasks across various areas. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, light construction, carpentry, painting, etc.). A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE WORKPLACE. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum Requirements * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Maintenance, Electricity, HVAC, or similar field. * Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention and working at heights is desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, installations, or industrial environments. Valued Skills: * Installer certification (electricity, fluorinated gases, etc.). * Previous experience in corporate environments or office buildings. * Basic knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS)
