We are looking for an **AI \& Automation Engineer** to join our **AI Solutions** team. Your mission will be to lead the full lifecycle of process automation and applied AI solutions for corporate clients: from questioning the process before proposing technology, to ensuring the delivered solution is adopted and sustained without ongoing dependency on RocaSalvatella. You will define the criteria for when to automate, simplify, redesign, or augment with AI—before selecting how to do so. You will serve as the operational reference for the **Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot)** within the team. You will combine your technical delivery capability with consulting skills to unlock tangible business value for clients. **What will your day\-to\-day role involve?** **AI Adoption and Client Facilitation** * Support client users in adopting **Microsoft Copilot (M365)**: help them understand how, when, and why to use AI in their daily work, resolve questions, and promote best practices. * Deliver training sessions, demos, and hands\-on workshops on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and deployed solutions. * Produce operational documentation and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer to the functional owner, enabling solution sustainability without RocaSalvatella. **Engagement Management and Continuous Improvement** * Lead sprint closure meetings, measuring the impact of each deployed solution and its respective KPIs. * Gather feedback, identify patterns, and relay insights to enrich our standards and reusable solutions. * Contribute to defining reusable patterns, templates, and best practices for solutions built on the **Microsoft** stack within the AI Solutions team. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration (ADE) with a technical profile, or equivalent. * 2\-5 years of experience in technology, digital, or process consulting, with direct responsibility for production deliverables at client sites. * Demonstrable experience covering the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, deployment, and adoption. * Spanish and English. Catalan is highly valued. **What technical expertise do we expect you to bring?** **Microsoft Stack (mandatory)** * Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas and model\-driven), Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
