**Job Description** At Team Lab Project, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of laboratory equipment and installations, we are seeking to hire a multiskilled installer/assembler. We are looking for a practical, solution-oriented, responsible individual with manual dexterity, accustomed to working with tools and performing assembly and installation tasks. A specific academic qualification is not mandatory. Practical experience, problem-solving ability, autonomy, attention to finishing details, and eagerness to learn will be especially valued. The selected candidate will participate in assembling and installing technical equipment in laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, research centers, hospitals, and other industrial environments. Team Lab Project’s headquarters is located in Sabadell; however, most of the working day will take place at end clients’ facilities, depending on assigned projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assembly and installation of laboratory furniture and equipment. * Installation of enclosures, display cases, fume hoods, structures, and metal components. * Performing drilling, cutting, fixing, sealing, adjustment, and leveling tasks. * Basic piping, drainage, ductwork, and auxiliary component assembly. * Placement and adjustment of doors, panels, glass, countertops, and technical components. * Loading, unloading, transportation, and placement of materials and equipment. * Basic interpretation of blueprints, sketches, measurements, and assembly instructions. * Support for specialized technicians during installation execution. * Resolution of minor issues arising during assembly. * Maintenance, orderliness, and care of tools and work materials. * Frequent travel to end clients’ facilities. **Requirements** * Prior experience in assembly, maintenance, renovations, plumbing, metal carpentry, furniture, installations, or similar work. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Ability to perform precise measurements, adjustments, and finishes. * Responsible, punctual, organized, solution-oriented, and meticulous individual. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Personal vehicle for necessary travel. * Availability for frequent travel to end clients’ facilities. **Valuable Experience and Knowledge** * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, hospital, food, cosmetic, or biotechnology sectors. * Experience carrying out installations in laboratories, research centers, technical rooms, clean rooms, or industrial environments. * Experience assembling technical furniture, laboratory furniture, or industrial equipment. * Experience installing fume extractors, gas cabinets, enclosures, or ventilation systems. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, ventilation, or extraction. * Experience working on construction sites or at clients’ facilities. * Occupational health and safety training course. * Training in working at height, elevated platforms, or forklift operation. * High level of Catalan, both spoken and written.
