




Job Summary: An industrial group is seeking a Project Industrial Engineer to manage projects involving the design, development, and commissioning of rotary cutting and sealing machines, with a focus on R&D&i. Advanced engineering and collaboration with customers on specifications. **(L&L Rotary Solutions) A major industrial group based in the Tolosaldea area (Gipuzkoa), with over 100 years of history, specializing in rotary cutting machines, operating internationally with production facilities distributed across several countries, and pursuing a strategic initiative centered on technological transformation within high-value sectors, requires for its Engineering and Technical Office a proactive and team-oriented Project Industrial Engineer to join its technical team.** Reporting to the Head of the Engineering and Technical Office, the primary mission will be *to manage projects—from design, through manufacturing launch, validation, and final commissioning—of technically advanced products related to rotary cutting and sealing machines, and to develop innovative new products*, with the following main responsibilities: **Responsibilities in the development of new products linked to R&D&i projects.** * Identify opportunities, conceptualize ideas, draft designs, and calculate the development of innovative new products. * Participate alongside the team in the company’s R&D&i plan, carrying out technological surveillance and participating in strategic projects. * Participate in training programs on advanced design and manufacturing technologies. **Responsibilities in engineering for current products and technologies:** * Attend customer meetings to define technical specifications for new projects and to support commissioning both at the workshop and at the customer’s site. * Analyze customer problems or requirements and carry out engineering development of new rotary cutting and sealing machines. * Perform sizing calculations for products and transmission systems (pulleys and gears), and finite element analysis on critical machine components. * Carry out 3D assembly design and drafting of manufacturing construction drawings (design of parts, components, mechanisms, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems). * Prepare customer delivery documentation: Instruction manual and CE Declaration.
