A future we have been defining for years alongside our employees, inventing solutions that transform how people work — for sustainable performance. **What will be your main objectives as a Fullstack Developer?** Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the **Visualtime** product, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable features within an agile and collaborative environment. As a Fullstack Developer, you will: * Design, develop, and maintain software features aligned with the team’s quality standards. * Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing efficient and sustainable solutions. * Write clean, readable, tested, and documented code. * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives). * Contribute to code reviews and the continuous improvement of development best practices. * Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests. * Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure correct feature delivery. * Identify and resolve incidents and bugs in production environments. * Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. **About You** -------------------- * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in software development, having participated in at least one full product lifecycle. * Experience working in **Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)**. * Proficiency in **.NET (C\#)** for service and API development. * Solid knowledge of **JavaScript** for frontend development. * Advanced experience with **Microsoft SQL Server** (data modeling, T\-SQL, query optimization). * Regular use of **GitHub** (repositories, branches, pull requests, and code reviews). * Experience in collaborative environments with **CI/CD**. * Prior experience with **Visualtime**, or in multi\-tenant / multi\-environment contexts, is a plus. * Interest or experience using **AI coding assistants** (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and/or AI applied to development. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
