Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a family-owned company specializing in food aromas and additives, with knowledge of APPCC, IFS systems, and sales department support. Requires experience in the food industry A small, family-owned company producing food aromas and additives, located in Montornés del Vallès, is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to carry out office/administrative tasks, customer contact, sample preparation, technical documentation, and related recordkeeping. **Must possess knowledge to implement the APPCC system and assume full responsibility for all documentation and protocols associated with IFS.** Will provide support to the sales department. Work will be conducted under Food Safety Standards. \[***Applicants holding university degrees, master’s or doctoral qualifications are requested not to apply***]. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) * Knowledge of Food Safety Standards (IFS, BRC). * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and Factusol. * Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** required in similar positions (food industry) * Maintenance of one’s workstation. * No food intolerances or color blindness (*due to occupational requirements*). * No piercings or similar body modifications. * Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English. Knowledge of French, Italian, or Portuguese is valued. **Offered:** * Permanent contract * Part-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (75% of full-time hours) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Teamwork orientation. * Versatile, responsible, committed, and motivated individual. * Prior participation in IFS and/or BRC audits.
