Geriatric Care Assistant

Temporary position to cover staff in a unit of the center during their vacations. ***Tasks to perform***: Attention and care for the residents of the residence. Transfers, meals, medication administration, rest, leisure activities, and hygiene. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, rooms, and communal areas of the center. Address the psychosocial needs of residents and/or their families. ***We value***: Experience in the sector, basic computer literacy, and strong reading and writing comprehension. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish is mandatory, as is holding the required qualification. Technical competencies required for the job (e.g., sales, project management, use of basic digital tools and applications, etc.). Transversal competencies required for the job (e.g., organization, planning, communication, decision-making, teamwork, etc.).
