It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and undergoing rapid expansion We are growing and need to expand our team; we are seeking a QUALITY AUDITOR to join our headquarters in Barcelona MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with the company's established work processes and quality standards, as well as their implementation and monitoring across all departments and areas. * Conduct internal audits for various departments and hotels. * Issue audit reports per hotel and provide improvement recommendations. Design CAPA (Corrective Action Plan), setting timelines for completion within the stipulated period. * Participate in the design, review, and improvement of hotel processes/standards. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or technical training in Tourism, Hospitality, Quality Management, or related field. * Knowledge of HACCP. * Prior experience in hotels preferred. * English: B2 level. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Must be available for travel.
