The primary responsibility will be to work on solutions for post-trade financial processing, designing, developing, and implementing efficient systems. The objective is to ensure integration with financial markets while maintaining system stability and reliability, always complying with established regulatory and security policies. This role involves transforming business requirements into adaptable technical solutions, applying best practices in Java development and demonstrating solid understanding of the financial sector. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, cooperating with various teams—including other developers and product owners—using agile methodologies. Your contribution will be critical to maintaining key financial systems used by top-tier financial institutions and driving continuous improvement in the processing infrastructure. Experience with low-latency, multithreaded Java applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot) is highly desirable, along with strong expertise in databases and performance optimization (SQL, Hibernate). Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and financial protocols will be considered an advantage. We seek a candidate capable of solving strategic problems in complex systems and committed to building secure, scalable, and adaptable software. The contract is permanent. Over 10 years of experience in high-performance Java development, low-latency and multithreaded applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot). Advanced skills in databases and performance optimization (SQL, Hibernate, database tuning). Experience with event-driven architectures (EDA), messaging systems, and system integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex, mission-critical systems. Technical Engineering degree.
