Job Summary: We are seeking a draftsman for a construction company who will supervise construction sites, prepare budgets, and carry out planning. Key Points: 1. Proficiency in key tools such as AutoCAD and Revit We are looking for a draftsman to join a construction company in Móstoles. Responsibilities will include construction site supervision, site visits for budget preparation, and planning activities, among other tasks related to the sector. A Higher Technician qualification in Building Projects and/or Civil Engineering Projects is required, along with strong proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, Revit, Excel, and Word. Prior experience is not required for this position. A permanent contract or a trainee contract is offered, depending on the candidate's profile. Salary will be set according to the applicable collective agreement: a base of €1,965.31 gross per month (paid in 14 installments) for permanent contracts, or 70% thereof as agreed. Working hours are full-time, morning shift from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and afternoon shift from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
