




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager for the Architecture Division to oversee construction and rehabilitation projects in the tertiary sector, including offices, retail, and residential properties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction management for office, retail, and residential renovations 2. Supplier coordination and economic control of construction projects 3. Resolution of construction-related issues and team management At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Construction Manager to join our Architecture Division based at our Barcelona offices. Responsibilities: * Management of renovation and rehabilitation works in the tertiary sector, including offices, retail, and/or residential properties. * Preparation of technical feasibility studies, project schedules, and investment analyses. * Support in drafting architectural and engineering projects. * Preparation of on-site measurement reports. * Management and coordination of suppliers on site. * Analysis and preparation of schedules for ongoing projects. * Economic control of construction works and invoicing. * Resolution of construction-related issues (architecture, interior design, and installations) and preparation of construction progress reports. * Autonomous management of project teams. * Development of health and safety plans for various projects. * Ensuring compliance with on-site health and safety regulations, as well as implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. * Knowledge and application of requirements. * Sustainability certifications for construction projects. Requirements * Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar projects. * Knowledge and application of ISO 9001 and 14001\ procedures. * Advanced level of English and Catalan. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Presto, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Proactive, organized individual with client orientation and leadership capabilities.
