Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized machinery for handling goods within a high-volume logistics environment. Key responsibilities include operating front-end forklifts to load and unload vehicles, as well as transporting pallets and goods internally within warehouse facilities. Technical and precise product placement is required—products must be placed on designated shelving to optimize available space and ensure order throughout the entire distribution center. Additionally, support will be provided in order-picking tasks, which involve locating products according to pick lists, preparing them appropriately, and packing them for dispatch to various distribution channels or end customers. The work environment is a modern logistics center equipped with computerized systems and optimized workflows to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Strict adherence to all established road and occupational safety regulations is highly valued, as is the ability to proactively collaborate within a team. This position demands rigor and high accountability in operating machinery and handling goods, as daily logistics operations depend directly on such performance. Integration into the company begins with an adaptation phase under a temporary contract, allowing the candidate to become familiar with warehouse dynamics and the work team. Compensation follows the collective bargaining agreement for the logistics sector, with a gross hourly wage of €10.61. Morning or afternoon shifts are available, with schedules running from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Initial hiring is conducted via a temporary contract, with potential for subsequent stabilization. A minimum of two years’ demonstrable experience operating front-end forklifts in industrial warehouses or large-scale distribution logistics centers is required. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with a strong sense of responsibility and rigor in complying with safety regulations.
