Conducting analyses, creating content, and managing campaigns We are looking for an intern eager to develop, learn, and grow within the Marketing, Sales, and Communications Department at RMG. Someone energetic, curious, and eager to make an impact by joining our team. We seek individuals who not only want to learn but also contribute, propose ideas, and dare to do things differently. We offer a **6-month internship (with potential extension)**, where you can learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, make mistakes, and grow within a collaborative, dynamic, and friendly environment. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00–17:30, and Friday, 9:00–14:00 (including a one-hour lunch break, of course!). **Paid internship.** **Mandatory:** Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution. What will you do on a daily basis? * Listening to and analyzing the quality of sales department communications. This is extremely important to you, as you will be part of our initiative to strengthen sales teams. * Writing original news articles related to Marketing and Communications. * Writing and SEO-optimizing web content. * Managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media. * Creating attractive, on-brand designs for social media—managing both our own and our clients’ social media accounts. * Organizing and planning communication, marketing, and advertising strategies. * Conducting market analyses and research. * Developing and implementing communication and marketing plans. **What we value** We love proactive, responsible, and empathetic people—those who don’t wait for things to happen but make them happen.
