Information, Guidance, and Resource Management * Rights Counseling: Provides information on benefits, financial assistance, social housing, or available legal resources. * Processing of Assistance Applications: Manages specific applications both internally within the organization and through the public social services system. * Referral: Connects users with specialized medical, educational, or employment centers according to their specific issues.
