




We are seeking staff to provide comprehensive support to elderly individuals, both in their daily activities and emotional well-being. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene tailored to each resident, supporting food preparation and administration, and facilitating mobility during transfers and postural changes. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health, as well as providing companionship and emotional support to promote their autonomy and psychological well-being. Collaboration in cleaning and maintaining residents’ rooms will also form part of the responsibilities. Candidates must hold a Nursing Care Technician qualification or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Support for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. This position offers an indefinite-term employment contract with full-time hours and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
