We are expanding our Transport and Infrastructure team | WSP in Santander or Granada, within the Civil Structures and Bridges area | WSP, and are looking to hire a **Bridge and Structural Engineering Intern**, motivated and eager to learn, to join our team. **What will be your role?** You will participate in real projects from day one as part of a team designing and drafting nationally and internationally significant bridge and structural engineering projects. You will collaborate on the technical development of structural solutions and actively contribute to updating and maintaining our bridge database, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle and hands-on experience within a highly qualified, multidisciplinary environment. You will support the team in preparing technical documentation, processing and analyzing structural data, and developing models and calculations that form the foundation for key projects undertaken by WSP Spain. **What are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with genuine interest in structures and bridges, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, and who values the opportunity to grow alongside an expert team. We would like you to demonstrate motivation to specialize in structural design—ideally currently enrolled in or interested in pursuing a Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Hydraulic Engineering—and enthusiasm for contributing to real project drafting.
