We are seeking an experienced **Supervisor of Cleaning Services** to join our company. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising various centers, zones, and teams, ensuring optimal management of each center and effective communication with clients. **We offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Work tools: company phone, laptop, and vehicle. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work modality. * Professional growth opportunities within an environment that values and fosters employee development. * Immediate integration into a dynamic and committed team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage assigned centers, supervising and monitoring the quality standards established by the company. * Coordinate and manage the teams under supervision. * Place orders and control inventory. * Prepare annual work schedules. * Conduct interviews, select, and train personnel under supervision. * Document and resolve incidents. * Hold periodic meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address potential service issues. * Identify client needs and interests to support cross-selling of services within the company’s portfolio. * Complete work reports and issue formal reports. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered. Please stay alert and prepare to take the next step in your professional journey with Derichebourg!** * Minimum education: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Mobility to visit our centers. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing centers and work teams in a similar position. * Advanced user of office software (Excel, email, management software, etc.). * Proactive, flexible, and organized individual. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and center managers and staff under supervision. * Valid driver’s license required.
