Responsibilities include direct daily care and supervision of minors, socio-educational intervention, establishment of rules and routines, and academic and coexistence support. A university degree in Social Education, a valid Type B driver's license, and personal vehicle are required. Knowledge or experience in working with vulnerable minors, child protection and its legal framework, conflict management, mediation, social and educational skills, and identification of risk situations are valued. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts according to the company's schedule.
