Focus on user care and well-being **FUNCTIONS;** – Participate in the implementation of Personal Projects, Individual and Group Programs, in agreement with users and reference staff. – Participate in the organization and planning of activities. – Carry out and develop the proposed activities. – Coordinate with the user’s reference professionals. – Apply established quality procedures. – Ensure safety while promoting user care and well-being. – Be responsible for compliance with established rules and schedules. **REQUIREMENTS;** QUALIFICATIONS; Vocational Training Cycle II in Social Integration, Socio-Cultural Animation, or TAFAD (Technician in Physical Activity and Sports Animation) EXPERIENCE; Work with people with disabilities, group facilitation, experience organizing cultural activities, trips, leisure workshops, etc. KNOWLEDGE; Basic computer skills, group facilitation, social skills, knowledge in the field of disability, training in leisure-time education.
