For new projects in the **construction sector**, we require a **CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** in **Palma, Mallorca.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the planning and execution of the construction project. * Define objectives, deadlines, and resources required to meet project requirements. * Maintain clear communication with the client, architects, and other professionals involved. * Manage and align client expectations with on-site realities. * Supervise and coordinate on-site work teams. * Manage resources (materials, labor) and control costs to stay within budget. * Ensure work is carried out according to established quality standards. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Promote sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact. * Verify the quality of completed work and accept deliveries upon project completion. **Requirements:** * Technical Architect, Architect, or Civil/Highways Engineer. * 5 years’ experience in building construction projects. * Proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD. * Valid driving license category B. **Workplace:** Palma de Mallorca **Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Permanent contract.
