Job Summary: We are seeking a Factory Manager to organize production, manage daily operations, plan tasks, monitor orders, and ensure food safety at the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the organization and daily management of factory production. 2. Supervise raw materials and ensure food hygiene and safety. 3. Directly participate in production tasks when necessary. We are looking for a person to lead the factory in Piélagos, responsible for organizing production and managing daily operations. The role involves planning tasks, monitoring orders, supervising raw materials, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards at all times. It is essential that the person in charge has a hands-on profile, capable of resolving on-site incidents and, when required, directly participating in production tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position requires prior experience in industrial environments, preferably within the food industry, and the ability to coordinate work teams. We seek an organized individual residing in Cantabria or nearby areas, who can work autonomously. The contract is permanent and full-time.
