




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen leader to coordinate and supervise the team, develop high-quality menus, and manage suppliers in a restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of communication and orders with suppliers We are looking for a person to lead the kitchen in a restaurant located in Santander. Main responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for developing and designing menus, always guaranteeing dish quality. The role also involves maintaining constant communication with suppliers, managing necessary orders to ensure the service has all required ingredients and materials at all times. This position is offered under a full-time contract, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule follows a rotating shift system covering morning and afternoon shifts between 10:00 and 18:00, always including appropriate breaks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a versatile and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Culinary training is desirable.
