Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Deliver friendly and professional service to guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-in/Check-out:** Efficiently carry out check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing accurate room assignments and precise registration of guest information. * **Rate Modifications:** Adjust and update rates across various OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms in accordance with hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Handle and coordinate room reservations, both individual and group bookings, ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting rooms, verifying accuracy of charges and transactions. * **Daily Closeout:** Perform daily hotel activity closeout, including account reconciliation and preparation of reports. * **Cash Drawer Reconciliation:** Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation, monitoring and recording income while ensuring fund consistency. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel’s email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Oversight:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting rooms, preventing discrepancies and errors.
