Position Summary: We are seeking a systems professional for the administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and Microsoft 365, including Azure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration and support 2. Management of virtualization environments (Hyper-V/VMware) 3. Microsoft 365 administration and Azure support We seek a professional to work in Santander in the systems area. Primary responsibilities include Windows Server administration and support, as well as Active Directory management, covering user, group, and policy creation and removal. The position also involves network administration and support, resolving connectivity incidents and performing basic configurations. You will manage virtualization environments such as Hyper\-V or VMware, including maintenance of virtual machines. Additionally, you will administer Microsoft 365—managing users, licenses, and Exchange Online—with support for cloud and virtualization environments, particularly Azure. An initial temporary contract is offered to cover parental leave, with potential continuity into a permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00\. During July and August, working hours will be continuous from 8:00 to 15:00\. * Education in Computer Systems / Computer Science / Telecommunications or related field. * Minimum experience: 1–3 years in a similar role. * Ability to work autonomously. * Problem-solving profile oriented toward technical support. * Valid driver's license. * Availability and interest in a temporary position
