We are seeking a detail\-oriented and patient\-focused Customer Experience Representative to support our growing international operations. This is a contract customer support role where you will act as a key liaison between patients, providers, clinics, and pharmacies—ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high\-quality experience from intake through appointment coordination and prescription support. You will be working in a fast\-paced, regulated healthcare environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and strong communication are critical. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to patients across email and support channels, assisting with onboarding, document submission, and troubleshooting. Analyze and resolve customer issues while escalating recurring concerns. Set clear expectations for appointments, timelines, and next steps, and support rescheduling when needed. * Assist with collecting, reviewing, and following up on patient medical documentation, including UK Summary Care Record workflows. Coordinate with providers and operational partners to ensure all required documentation is complete prior to appointments. * Manage provider scheduling by maintaining accurate availability, monitoring appointment flow, and helping resolve delays or gaps in coverage. Support operational workflows tied to provider onboarding and multidisciplinary team coordination. * Support prescription and pharmacy operations by coordinating between patients, providers, and pharmacies, tracking order status, and helping resolve delays, out\-of\-stock issues, or administrative errors. * Maintain strict compliance with GDPR and internal standards by accurately handling sensitive patient information. Ensure high attention to detail across all workflows and provide feedback to improve internal processes and patient experience. **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of customer support or operations experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated industry. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are required. * Strong attention to detail, ability to manage sensitive information, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating across multiple teams. Comfortable managing multiple workflows and prioritizing effectively. * Experience with medical records, prescriptions, or pharmacy coordination is a plus.
