Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for cleaning and maintenance of municipal facilities, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, disinfection, and waste management. Key Points: 1. Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols **Cleaning of municipal facilities of the Torrelavega City Council.** **Contract type:** Temporary – IT coverage **Working hours:** 34.5 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) **Job responsibilities** * Cleaning and maintenance of municipal facilities (offices, rooms, meeting halls, and public spaces) * Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and furniture * Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms * Emptying trash bins and managing waste in accordance with recycling regulations * Ventilating spaces * Proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and occupational risk prevention protocols * Reporting incidents, damages, or identified needs **Observations** * Prior experience in the cleaning sector will be positively considered. * Possession of a valid driver’s license and/or personal vehicle will be positively considered
