Duties include advising customers on frame and lens selection and other optical products, managing sales, quotations, and orders, as well as performing eyeglass assembly, adjustment, delivery, and repair. The role also involves maintaining store order and cleanliness, monitoring inventory, handling cash register operations, managing appointments, and fostering customer loyalty. Proven experience in the optical sector—particularly in customer service, consultation, and sales—is required. A valid driver's license is mandatory. A permanent part-time employment contract (30 hours per week) is offered. Working hours are split: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with one morning off. Salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
