Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant for an industrial team, responsible for accounting operations, preparation of financial statements, and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of accounting and tax operations We are looking for a candidate to join the accounting department of an industrial-sector company located near Torrelavega. Main responsibilities include recording and monitoring accounting transactions, preparing and reviewing journal entries and period-end closings, collecting overdue payments, and receiving invoices. The role also involves requesting credit risk assessments, providing support in preparing financial statements, and liaising with suppliers, customers, and banking institutions. Additionally, the candidate must fulfill tax obligations and prepare corresponding tax returns. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, on a split schedule from 9:00 to 18:00. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, starting from Group III of the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement, with opportunities for professional development. * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) and Intrastat is mandatory.
