Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Technician to manage the commercialization of innovative wastewater treatment solutions, identifying customers and providing technical support. In the Commercial Technician position at TRIENXIS, S.L., you will be responsible for managing the commercialization of wastewater treatment solutions. This includes identifying and acquiring new customers, providing technical advice on the company’s products and services, supporting analysis, design, and subsequent installation of treatment facilities for new customers, and delivering after-sales support. You will also participate in customer meetings to deliver technical solution training, ensuring correct implementation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pontevedra, but with frequent presence at customer plants across Spain and other countries where the system is being deployed. Requirements * Analytical skills to identify customers’ specific needs and propose effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. * Experience in technical support to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues. * Ability to manage and close sales, including follow-up and development of business relationships. * Experience in training to explain and teach the proper use of technical technologies or services. * Proactive approach, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of products or services in the wastewater treatment sector will be valued. * Full availability for travel, including both short one-day trips and extended deployments requiring several days or even weeks on site.
