Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com The Role We are currently in the market for a Payroll Lead with focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll The Payroll Lead will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops. In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed. An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required. The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design. A Lead will also be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications. Note: For projects, the detailed user story writing may be done by an assigned BA, but supervised / reviewed by PO **Release Planning:** Coordinate with other POs and the release manager to ensure releases are minimized and as efficient as possible. Collaborate with development teams to plan and prioritize releases, considering both business and technical aspects in conjunction with the designated release manager. **Collaboration:** Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams through the explanation of user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure clear communication and understanding of product goals, features, and progress. **Metrics and KPIs:** Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive data\-driven decision\-making.
