So, if you wish to join us, we invite you to become part of this major initiative—and help us keep turning it into reality! **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your mission will be: as a member of the company’s Budget & Data Insights area, you will primarily manage and oversee personnel budgets across Telefónica Tech’s different countries and legal entities, control costs, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with other departments on Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Cost Control: Monitor and manage personnel-related costs to ensure alignment with established budgets and corporate policies. * Cost Analysis * Preparation of salary benchmarking studies * Support for internal process digitization and optimization * Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of personnel expenses—ensuring data reliability and quality for decision-making purposes. * Prepare, analyze, and present periodic reporting to the Finance and/or Management teams * Design and automate effective dashboards for data visualization and analysis, primarily using Power BI Preparation of monthly headcount and personnel expense report covering Spain and other countries (coordination with country teams) — active participation in meetings with Finance and Business units regarding these topics **To succeed in this role, we believe the following would be ideal…** **Experience** * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar HR Controller role within People or Management Control functions * Experience and knowledge in areas especially focused on reporting and/or personnel expense control and/or data analysis and/or compensation and benefits. **Education** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Finance Desirable: * Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources and training in compensation and benefits.
