The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology \+ Official Master’s Program in Human Resources (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license * Immediate availability (within 15 days maximum) * Eligibility for a traineeship contract to acquire professional practice (for this, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the degree, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a prior traineeship contract linked to the same qualification have been signed for over 6 months) **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 1 year of experience in internships/training programs within selection departments (documentarily verifiable) * 1 month to 1 year of experience conducting competency-based interviews and preparing reports (documentarily verifiable) * 1 month to 1 year of experience using specialized 2\.0 recruitment tools (InfoJobs, LinkedIn) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Documentarily verifiable experience in public administration or public enterprises * Proficiency in PeopleSoft HR management software * Certified training in specialized 2\.0 recruitment tools **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for an additional 6 months, if applicable. In case a traineeship/formative contract is formalized, the candidate’s academic qualification must be relevant to the position’s duties, and activities performed under the traineeship contract must align with the field of study, enabling appropriate professional practice consistent with the level of education completed.
