**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect or Technical Engineer \- Procurement Department in Toledo **Workplace** -------------------- * Toledo Address: Calle Río Henares nº 1, Toledo 45007 **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Core procurement department duties, including drafting tender documents * Evaluation of bids submitted by tenderers * Verification and control of documentation submitted by tenderers * Processing of tenders on the Public Sector Procurement Platform * Support to regional management technical staff regarding tender document drafting, criteria to be included therein, etc. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this vacancy announcement. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Building/Building Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering and Architecture (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 3 months of experience performing procurement-related functions in public or private companies ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in procurement management ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proven experience using the Public Sector Procurement Platform * Proven experience with the Public Sector Contracts Law * Proven experience with PeopleSoft software **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 4 months, with possible extensions, if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
