Reporting to the *Corporate Sales Director*, the **Global Operations Manager** will be responsible for **planning, organizing and supervising all operational activities related to the implementation of Zennio solutions** in strategic projects, demonstration rooms, mock-ups, trade show installations and other key environments, as well as managing and resolving high-priority technical support cases globally, with the goal of ensuring flawless execution, consistent technical excellence and strong alignment with customer expectations.
Please note that this position requires **a high availability for travel**, as travel will be required to assist with customer construction projects and in other countries; therefore, flexibility in working hours and operations is also required.
**Job Requirements**
* **Technical or higher engineering degree** (Industrial, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Building, etc.).
* *Desirable:* Additional training in *project management or construction site supervision*.
* **5+ years of experience in managing or coordinating construction sites or technical projects** (installations, automation, energy, construction...).
* Experience in **managing simultaneous projects** across different locations.
* Accustomed to working on-site or in technical execution environments (not purely office-based or administrative).
* **Advanced English** (essential for communication with local teams, suppliers and international customers). Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
* ***Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, installation specifications, etc.***
* Knowledge of international installation and safety regulations.
* Proficiency with **planning tools** (MS Project, Gantt, advanced Excel).
* *Knowledge of KNX, BMS, HVAC, DALI, etc. solutions is desirable* (if applicable to your sector).
* **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational and task prioritization skills, leadership abilities (for internal and external personnel), incident resolution, resource management/coordination, excellent communication skills.
**Here’s a brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities...**
* Coordinate and supervise the technical deployment of projects globally, ensuring installations comply with drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
* Supervise that all teams meet established deadlines and quality standards in the technical projects managed by the Operations department.
* Oversee the proper execution of system commissioning, on-site programming and testing of automation and control systems, providing on-site assistance when needed for high-priority projects.
* Supervise the work performed by installers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Conduct functional tests of installed equipment and systems, following established protocols.
* Maintain direct communication with Support and Technical Office teams.
* Define the scope and workflow of the Operations department across all its locations, coordinating local teams.
* Provide technical and operational feedback.
* Document the final status of each installation and maintain updated records.
